Business casual, or business!
Even if you're coming into the office without an appointment, it's always a good idea to dress the part. You never know who will stop by!
Absolutely. We understand that things come up and sometimes we don't have anybody to take care of the young ones.
However, we are still a professional business – please reach out to ask if anybody is willing to watch your child(ren) while you are in an appointment.
Yes! We love dogs and we usually have Storm walking around monitoring the premises.
Please let Tony and Yen know if you are allergic!
1. Camera on
2. Microphone off unless speaking
3. Your name displayed (First L. or full name)
Please wear a sensible or professional looking top when your camera is on. If you cannot turn on your for some reason, make sure that your profile photo is professional.
Whatever it is that we have happening next – bring them to that!
It could be a Big BPM (Open House for Guests), Thursday Workshop, Trainer Academy, our annual Convention, Women In Finance, Health and Wealth, our office's VIP event, Santa Food Drive, an upcoming retreat, etc...
Or, ask your Trainer about hosting an HBPM! Scroll to the top of this page to submit a request to host something of your own.
It is a simple 11-question survey card used to find out about what someone wants to learn and achieve for him or herself.
Most commonly at the end of any first-time presentation. Such as...
- an appointment
- a Financial Literacy workshop
- a Campaign presentation
- an in-office guest presentation or event
Believe it or not, most of us didn't know how either when we started.
Ask your Trainer about the (T)ETHOR script or attend our WSB Academy or BPM to get the training you need.
Generally, yes. Appointments should be conducted in a professional setting and bringing your prospect / client to the office is a great way for them to meet the team.
Your teammates will often be the best support you could possibly have. They might ask insightful questions or connect well with your person which, in turn, will help you.
If your prospect is unwilling to come to the office because it's far or inconvenient, or they are out of town, consult your Trainer to come up with a plan.
Use your Leaders' office. But remember to check your direct teammates' calendars!
The bigger your team, the more you are sharing. Stay on top of your calendar and communicate with your teammates about room usage. You may use other teams' offices with their permission.
Please use the Training Room if you just need a place to study, practice or do work.
This is an AWESOME question.
But it is a lot to explain. Have a chat with your Trainer, but it's highly, highly recommend that you attend our next Trainer Academy. Everything is spelled out in detail.
If you're curious if clients pay for any of our compensation – the answer is no. Product providers pays us through the WFG platform. The client only needs to take care of the contribution to their own plan.
Your SMD or Trainer will usually have extra supplies readily available for this very reason.
Individual teams or Team Marvel has a whole will sometimes place a collective order. Our supplies come from the U.S so we have to pay for shipping and currency conversion.
A great way to build or maintain your inventory is to leave luggage room when you travel to one of the WSB events. Buy it directly from the WSB Shop and save on costs.
